Staff Product Designer [Crypto & Blockchain]
San Jose - Hybrid

Who they are:
Come and join an exciting scale-up who are on a mission to make crypto accessible for all. Having built and established one of the most trusted and reliable Crypto Exchanges globally, the team are now working on an exciting new product aimed at providing entry-level users an engaging and intuitive experience.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for candidates with a prior interest in crypto/web3.0, with the chance to learn from some of the very best Design and Product Leaders currently building for millions of global users!
Responsibilities:
Working directly with Product leaders and Stakeholders as part of a highly collaborative start-up environment.
Conducting full-cycle human-cantered design projects with the function of driving user engagement.
Executing design to complete user journeys, wireframes, and final UI designs.
Building upon design foundations and processes - to develop a consistent and memorable design language throughout the company.
The ideal candidate has:
6 - 8+ years of Product Design experience within SaaS, B2B, or Tech.
Experience working within a fast-paced environment, ideally in its early stages.
Strong portfolio of work, with a demonstrated history of building workflows & displaying data.
A passion for crypto/web3.0.
