Responsibilities
Strengthen user interaction, stickiness, and overall experience on strategic social media platforms with sensitivity to each platform’s characteristics;
Daily maintenance of target communities, user Q & A and interaction, user & community activity promotion, to improve project influence and attention;
Develop community management processes, recruit and manage community volunteers;
Dynamic operation of hot spots in the industry, cooperating with partners to create an active community atmosphere;
Weekly / monthly summary of community activity and key data points
Post requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Experience in social media operations (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Medium, etc.) and community operations (2 years or more), concrete references preferred
