Be able to guide a team of developers & work with a technical project manager to scope out any given project.
Experienced with Jira & able to make sprint plans.
Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, versioning systems Git Jira etc.
Have superb organizational skills and an analytical view on maximizing productivity with a focus on value & not getting caught up on process
Be able to scope out an entire project beginning to finish along with proper documentation
Suggest reasonable solutions & plans for the problems in the process of the project
Improve process inputs, streamline workflows & project management tool
Run standup, workgroup meetings, identifying action items & addressing blockers to keep projects on track
Remain focused, patient, level-headed, & adaptable in a rapidly changing work environment
Be able to provide performance updates to make suggestion on which role are missing in development for additional recruit
