Research & develop new techniques, technologies, and ideas and take initiatives to lead the project and improve our platform & products
Design & innovate on several aspects of protocol architecture
Mentor other engineers in in-depth Solidity/EVM topics & best practices
Work with security auditors & external contributors to document & upgrade code
Good proficiency with Solidity & EVM
Familiarity with different Ethereum layer-2 solution (Polygon, Arbitrum etc.)
Strong skills in core Computer Science theory/use ( DSA , etc.)
Independent enough to make important technical decisions with an ownership mindset
