Why cryptocurrency prices in the entire market all fall down?

Since most of the altcoins are based on the price of bitcoin, as the price of bitcoin falls down, most of the altcoins will fall down too. If there is a FUD spread across the internet, bitcoin's price will crash and so is the alts.
