Both of these blockchains (Stellar and Ripple) are currently dominate and specialized in providing solutions to banks and payment providers to process cross-border transactions.

Which one do you prefer ? and why ?

stellar is a very good and very potential coin, but I think ripples are also better, because we know that ripples are big 3 coins and ripples are future coins.
