Are good tokens only listed on Uniswap?

Different types of projects exist in the current market. These are being listed directly in the market.‌ Then basically marketing is being done. However, most marketing managers seem to have some important steps to take. After listing most of the tokens on Uniswap, a lot of investment is being made. Then coins are being listed on different exchanges with a difference of a few months. Some coins are currently collapsing. Blockchain platforms are definitely better. But a few days ago the price was very low. Because as many investors as there are in the market, they started buying DeFi tokens. That’s why ‌uniswap was going a long way as an early exchanger. However, the current is somewhat relaxed. Do you currently see mixed reactions?
