Why Cardano (ADA) is now on top 10 coins?

Cardano (ADA) is now one of the top 10 coins in coinmarketcap for its increasing popularity among the crypto lovers. There is no denying that ADA is now a hot demand coin to the investors. From the historical research, I have found the lowest price $0.017354 USD was on Oct 01, 2017 and the highest peak point hit Jan 04, 2018 at $1.33 USD but then it was out of top 25 coins even at the high peak time. Now price is cheaper but in top 10 coins. What do you think which point is the key factor here for becoming ADA as one of the top 10 coins?
