About Lale Boz
Born in Istanbul, Turkey, Lale’s design journey took root in her family's fashion business, inspiring a passion that led her to Boston University and later to New York. Upon graduating, she forged a career in Sustainability, Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Consultation, and helped launch the sustainable women's knitwear brand, Knitss.
Lale launched Normal in 2022, documenting and sharing her interior design journey with her Brooklyn home on a large scale. This endeavor quickly transformed into a thriving brand, interior design studio, and community with over 100K followers.
