Staffbank Outsourcing Solutions is hiring Junior Recruitment Delivery Consultants – Healthcare to support permanent and contract recruitment across global markets, including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, GCC, and other regions."

This is an entry-level role with structured training, mentoring, and a clear career path into senior delivery and client-facing roles.

About the Role

You will support the recruitment of healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical support staff, working alongside experienced recruiters and account managers.

No prior healthcare or international recruitment experience is required – full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing of healthcare candidates across global markets

• Research roles, healthcare employers, and candidate profiles

• Use LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals to identify candidates

• Conduct initial screening calls and candidate shortlisting

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications

• Support reporting and delivery tracking

• Learn global healthcare recruitment standards, licensing basics, and compliance concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Life Sciences, Business, Nursing, Allied Health, or related fields (preferred)

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, healthcare admin, HR, or customer-facing roles

• Good spoken and written English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn healthcare recruitment and international markets

• Organised, motivated, and detail-oriented
