Friday will be filled with rare disco & dreamy house sounds; Saturday, the guys from Phonica Records will be playing a blend of afrobeat, reggae & house music; Sunday, resident DJ’s will be spinning funky beats whilst The Fabulus of Unicorns make sure you stay in the mood to party, and we can’t forget the chance to smash up the unicorn piñata! It’s time to be a big kid and join Yelp for a day at the playground! Yelp are taking over an adventure playground for the day and will keep your energy levels high with food, drinks and sweets! The pièce de résistance…an ICE CREAM FESTIVAL with everything from old school ice cream trucks, alcoholic pops, liquid nitrogen ice cream and more! And if you feel bad for having so much fun -don’t!
The event will support KIDS, a charity that supports children with disabilities, so you’ll even be doing a good deed while having fun!

Barrio East transforms into a Hawaiian dream this Saturday with strictly 40’s to 60’s vinyl action on the go! DJ Richio Suzuki will be firing up the dance floor with the best of 50’s Rock’n Roll, 60’s soul, Motown, Ska and Latin beats, while the Barrio bartenders will be firing up the cocktails. Bloco Serafina Carnival

Forget about Notting Hill Carnival, this weekend is all about Bloco Serafina Carnival, bringing you an authentic Brazilian experience! Bloco Serafina will be drumming away some Samba Reggae and Afro-Brazilian rhythms; there’ll be Brazilian Drum’n’Bass from Janaina Lima; Aloísio Menezes, from the traditional carnival group ‘Filhos de Gandhy’ will be singing, bringing an intense Afro-Brazilian beat, as well as house DJ, Rodrigo da Matta, voted the best street Carnival band in São Paulo spinning some Brazilian tunes. If you fancy improving your dance moves, there’s a dance workshop to get you really moving and grooving to the Brazilian beats!

CineFringe Film Festival Tour 2015

CineFringe, formerly the film festival of the Edinburgh Fringe is taking this year’s brand new collection of films on tour to various venues across the UK. Their first stop is in London (of course!) where they will be taking over the Soho Screening Rooms. CineFringe will be premiering an 87 minute selection of this year’s brand new programme of short films, painstakingly curated from 400+ entries from all over the world. If you like the idea of being first in the queue to see some of the filmmaking stars of the future then this is the event for you. Lights, Camera, Action!

Come and join this festival to sample some healthy ‘free from’ products made in the UK and a lot produced by local businesses of Hackney & Islington and Tower Hamlets.
