The video gaming giant Animoca Brands has partnered with the global sports marketing agency SportFive, and its subsidiary Be Media to launch digital collectibles for AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup 2022.

In a November 3 press release, Animoca Brands confirmed its partnership SportFive and Be Media to jointly unleash a new NFT collection on the Onside NFT marketplace. The new NFT collections are the first digital collectibles for ASEAN football.

Under the new partnership, Animoca Brands will leverage SportFive capabilities to develop an Onside NFT collection that will make the ASEAN premier football tournament more lively in the web3 space. While commenting about the new NFTs, Yat Siu, the Executive Chairman of Animoca Brands, remarked:

Onside NFT Collection

Animoca Brands’ digital collectibles launch on the Polygon-powered Onside NFT marketplace this November. The new NFTs will allow users to acquire digital products as stylized masks or access iconic match moments from the competition.

Moreover, the new Onside NFTs will give holders access to other rewards, such as exclusive on-pitch access, post-game press conferences, and digital games or rewards within the Animoca Brands ecosystem. The AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup 2022 will start from December 20 to January 16, 2023.
